Vegan Mozzarella Cashew Cheese 🧀 – Fast, Alkaline, 100 % Plant-Based (Recipe on Noproblemvegan.com) Ingredients: 3/4 Cup Water 1/2 Cup Unsalted Cashews 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice 3 Tbsp Corn Starch 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast 1 Tsp Garlic Powder 1/2 Tsp Salt * Combine all vegan mozzarella ingredients into a blender and blend for about 1 minute or more until you get a very smooth cream. * Pour the cream into a pan and heat on medium-high heat. * Stir consistently so it doesn’t burn. * Heat up until you get a very thick paste. * Then transfer it into a tupperware dish. * Set in the fridge for 3 hours. * After 2-3 hours the vegan cashew mozzarella should’ve set perfectly and have a softish and bouncy consistency. * Slice and serve as you would with mozzarella. #vegancashewcheese #vegancheese #nutritionalyeast #cashewcheese #alkaline #plantbased #veganofig #veganfood #whatveganseat #veganfoodshare #crueltyfree #healthy #cleaneating #yummy #instafood #foodporn #govegan #wholefoods #veganism #veganlifestyle #vegancommunity #glutenfree #animallovers #vegan #noproblemvegan
