Ingredients.
1 Can Chickpeas
1 Cup shredded beet
3 Cups Kale
1/4 Cup Cilantro
1/4 Cup Scallion
1 Cup Oats
1 TBSP Himalyan Salt
1 TBSP Cumin
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
.
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend.
2. Form 5 large burger patties by hand or by using a burger mold.
3. Freeze 3 for later and Air-Fry two burger patties for you and your partner at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes. Serve w/ Gluten-Free bread, vegan cheese, and Guacomole, Grilled Mushrooms, Brussels, and a passion fruit.
