1 Can Hearts of Palm 🌱

3 tbsp Furikake Mix (Kelp, Nori, Black Sesame, White Sesame Seeds) ⚫️

3 tbsp Coconut Aminos 🥥

2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning 🧂

1/2 Cup Rice Flour 🍚 

1 tbsp Tapioca Starch ⚪️

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 Cup Water 💧 

1. Strain 1 Can of Hearts of Palm.
2. Carefully chop the hearts of palm into 2-3 inch circles.
3. Remove the center of the hearts of palm creating a “ring” shape.
4. Place in a large mixing bowl and add the Furikake Mix , Coconut Aminos , and Old Bay Seasoning. 

5. Combine rice flour, tapioca starch , turmeric, and 1/2 cup of water in a separate mixing bowl as the batter.
6. Coat each ring evenly with the batter. (use non-stick spray on pan before air-frying)
6. Air-Fry for 15 min on 400 degrees fahrenheit or until golden brown. Enjoy!
