3 Cups Vegetable Broth

2 Cups Dashi Stock (from rehydrated Shitake)

2 teaspoons Himalayan Pink Salt

1 teaspoon White Sesame Seeds

1/2 teaspoon ginger paste

2 tablespoons Coconut Aminos

1 1/2 Rehydrated Shitake Mushrooms

1/2 Cup Sliced Red and Yellow Pepper

1/2 Cup Sliced Broccoli

1/2 Cup Sliced Zucchini

1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro

1. Bring a pot of 3 Cups of Vegetable Broth to boil for the noodles.
2. Prep your veggies. slice them into strips.
3. Put your ramen noodles in the vegetable broth with a rolling boil.
4. Add in the dashi stock from the rehydrated mushrooms and sliced veggies.
5. Cook for 12 minutes on medium-high heat.
15. top off with some fresh chopped cilantro (slice them thin!) and a splash of lime juice. Enjoy!
