Vegan Lobster Rolls 🦞


Vegan Lobster Rolls:


1 can of Whole Hearts of Palm

1 tbsp Lemon juice

½ Red Bell Pepper

1 Celery Stalk

1 tbsp Paprika Powder

¼ cup chopped scallions

4 cups of Vegan Cream Cheese

1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

1 Nori Sheet


  1. Drain the can of Whole Hearts of Palm and rinse under cold water. Cut Hearts of Palm into thin strips. Place Hearts of Palm in a mixing bowl.
  2. Finely mince the red bell pepper, celery, nori sheet and scallions. Add paprika powder, lemon juice and Himalayan pink salt.
  3. Combine all ingredients to mixing bowl with vegan cream cheese.

Optional Garnish: Alfalfa sprouts

Serve on toasted gluten free rolls. Enjoy!
