Penne Alfredo

1 box of gluten free Penne pasta

1 cup soaked cashews

1 tbsp Himalayan Pink Salt

1 tsp black pepper

¼ cup Nutritional Yeast

1 cup sliced mushrooms

3 cups of broccoli florets


  1. Cook pasta according to the box instructions.
  2. Blend cashews, Himalayan Pink Salt, black pepper and nutritional yeast.
  3. Air Fry mushrooms and broccoli for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
  4. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Tip: Replace vegetables for other preferences such as bell peppers, artichokes or spinach. Buon appetito!
