Vegan Tuna Sandwich 🥪 w/ @violife_foods Cheese 🧀, Green Bell Peppers 🌱, Nori Sheet, & Cucumber Chow 🥒

Ingredients.
1/2 cup canned chickpeas.
1/4 tsp Salt and Black Pepper.
1 tbsp dijon mustard.
1 tbsp white sesame seeds.
1 tbsp nori.
1 tbsp minced bell pepper.
1 tbsp lime juice.
1 tbsp tahini.
1 tsp old bay seasoning.
4 slices tomato.
2 slices Vegan Cheese.
4 slices of bread for sandwich.

1. Mash and combine all of the ingredients (minus the cheese and bread).
2. Once the chickpea mixture is mashed well, it should resemble a flaky tuna texture.
3. Assemble your sandwich and serve.
